Except for the clean up part of this project. ALL WAS OUTSTANDING. THE PRODUCT AND LOOK OF THE FINISHED ROOMS ARE FAR PAST OUR WISHES. We enjoyed the entire process of remodeling our basement with Chicagoland Total Basement. We appreciated all the experience and help with layout and products offered from Tom the salesman, and the continued support from the entire crew. (Carpenter, plumber, electricians etc..The finished work was greater than we expected.
We were also impressed with the visits and phone calls from Scott S.(the owner) who made sure the work was being done to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Chicago Total Basement re-finishers.
Everyone we dealt with was really nice and willing to help. The cost was a little high but I believe the materials used will be great for a basement.
Now that it's been done for a while, I can honestly say that we truly love our basement and are in it every day. I am certain that the renovation and system has added value to our home well above what the project cost and we are very happy that we did it. We were impressed at how warm the basement was this winter and we LOVE the humidity control system. The air in our whole house feels better. The energy efficient windows are our favorite add-on - they transformed our basement into another room of our house. Concerns about water are no longer an issue. If we are used as a reference - we will tell the good and the bad.
